The festival season in India is going to start shortly and this is the time when online shopping websites start their sale season. There are two popular websites available in the country and these are Flipkart and Amazon. Both websites start sale during this season and it continues for some time. This is a great opportunity for people to buy things at discounted prices because there are certain offers and sometimes things can be purchased at really good prices. People wait for such sales so that they can do some discounted shopping and even I do sometimes.
So this year I wanted to buy a phone first but now the plan is changed because I got my phone battery replaced. With the new battery, it is working fine and I don't feel like changing it now so I will continue to use it for some more time. Maybe I will think about upgrading my phone next year but for now, there is no such plan to change the phone. I am planning to buy a mixer grinder during this sale and I am waiting for the sale to go live so that I can see what price I am going to get for this product.
The Big Billion Days is the biggest sale event run by Flipkart and they sell a lot of products in the sale time. They offer so many offers and I think the iPhone is still one of the most selling products during the sale. There are many other products also sold but I think electronic devices and mostly smartphones are the ones that are sold a lot this time. Since my plan has changed I will be waiting to see a better price for the mixer grinder that I am planning to buy during this sale. I'll go for the branded product from Philips or some other reputed brands. This sale will be going live for its members on 27th September.
During this sale time, the products are available at discounted prices and also there are certain other benefits for credit card holders. Usually, an HDFC card is rewarded well and I am using the card from this bank so I hope that this time also I will get some additional discount or cashback benefits for buying during this time. For the card users from HDFC Bank additional 10% will be given which I think is a great deal and this is why I'm very happy to own a card from this bank.
So this is my shopping plan for this upcoming sale and this weekend is going to be exciting. A lot of my friends are also waiting for the sale to start as they are planning to buy some outfits for the festival celebration anyway I might buy something but haven't decided till now. I hope that the products I am planning to buy sale I get through a better deal and better prices are offered on my purchase in the Flipkart sale.
