Let's give an overview of how the Splinterlands ecosystem is doing, after so many updates and new features. To do this, we will use Peakmonster to analyze some graphs that the site generates when collecting data from the game, and also SplinterCards, which shows us information from Splinterlands Tokenomics, very useful for monitoring the price of Splinterlands tokens, such as Splintershards (SPS).

With the implementation of policies restricting certain types of accounts, the number of transactions made during the game gradually fell until reaching a stable value since July at approximately 100k transactions. The number of battles, on the other hand, fell drastically from June to around 70k battles per day.

It may seem that the game is "failing", but the point is that the game team cleaned up the accounts that did not contribute to the ecosystem and kept in the game the players who truly believe in the project. This way, they can prepare for a new phase, with a more focused marketing campaign.

As the central crypto of the entire ecosystem, Bitcoin is stable at $60k, which is interesting, since it does not put pressure on other cryptocurrencies. Next, we can see that, apart from Matic, the other cryptos that the site shows are well valued: Ethereum $2.5k; BNB, even with the CZ confusion, is above $500 and Solana, which reached $20, is now firm above $140. A token that may be below its value is Matic, which is below $0.5 and has a gas fee much lower than Ethereum. Perhaps the reason for this is that more and more Ethereum Layer 2s are appearing, such as Base, Arbitrum, Optimism.

Now analyzing the price of splinterlands tokens, we can see in the 60-day period, a great recovery in the value of some tokens such as SPS and Voucher, which fell almost 50% and returned to their previous price. In the case of the Splinterlands Token, Splintershards, according to Coinmarketcap, it reached close to $0.004 and returned to 0.007. Vouchers, which is a token given as a reward for staking SPS, was close to 0.007 and is now trading at close to $0.015, double that.

One observation is that Splinterlands tokens are not very liquid, so any large purchase can move the price quite a bit, and I believe that was the reason the prices returned. Another detail is that the price of the Splinterlands StableCoin, DEC, did not return to its PEG of 1000 DEC = $1, making the Flywheel of converting SPS to DEC not work, and it has been a while since it reached the PEG.

Pode parecer que o jogo esteja "falindo", mas a questão é que a equipe do jogo fez uma limpa nas contas que não colaboravam com o ecossistema e manteve no jogo os jogadores que realmente acreditam no projeto. Assim, eles podem se preparar para uma nova fase, com uma campanha de marketing mais focada.

Como crypto central de todo ecossistema o Bitcoin se encontra estável nos $60k, o que é interessante, já que não causa uma pressão às demmais cryptomoedas. Em seguida, podemos observar que tirando a Matic, as demais cryptos que o site mostra estão bem valorizadas: Ethereum $2,5k; BNB, mesmo com a confusão do CZ está acima de $500 e Solana que chegou à bater $20, agora firme acima de $140. Um token que talvez esteja abaixo do valor é a matic, que está abaixo de $0,5 e tem uma taxa de gás muito abaixo da Ethereum. Talvez o motivo disso seja que cada vez mais Layer 2 da Ethereum estão aparecendo, como Base, Arbitrum, Optimism.

Agora analisando o preço dos tokens do splinterlands, podemos ver no período de 60 dias, uma grande recuperação no valor de alguns tokens como o SPS e o Voucher, que caíram quase 50% e voltaram ao seu preço anterior. No caso do Splinterlands Token, o Splintershards, de acordo com o Coinmarketcap, ele chegou perto de $0,004 e voltou à 0,007. Já o Vouchers, que é token dado como recompensa ao fazer o Stake de SPS, ficou próximo de 0,007 e agora negocia perto de $0,015 o dobro.

Uma observação é que os tokens do splinterlands não são muito líquidos, então qualquer grande compra pode movimentar o preço bastante, e creio que tenha sido esse o motivo dos preços terem voltado. Um outro detalhe é que o preço do Splinterlands StableCoin, o DEC, não voltou ao seu PEG de 1000 DEC = $1, fazendo com que o Flywheel de converter SPS em DEC não funcione, e já faz um tempo desde que ele chegou no PEG.
