Good afternoon to all my beloved hive friends ♥️
In this post I will share some pictures that tell a long journey that I did with my mother, the main purpose of this trip is to bring my mother back to the hospital in Banda Aceh city for a re-check, because yesterday my mother had successfully undergone chemotherapy up to six times and today is the day for a re-check to make sure whether there are still cancer cells left in my mother's body or is it clear of cancer. So we did this trip yesterday afternoon because our target was to arrive in Banda Aceh today.
We left the house with just the two of us with my mother because my father could not come along due to several factors, but it was okay because this time we were just doing a recheck and not staying overnight at the hospital. We took this trip using public transportation and as usual I definitely slept in the car because to avoid nausea and vomiting, in the middle of the trip I just fell asleep, and suddenly I was woken up by my mother because the public transportation stopped at a food stall to eat first.
We immediately got out and ate first, I was in the car and was fast asleep, I didn't know where I was, because usually the trip from my house to Banda Aceh only takes 5 or 6 hours, but I didn't ask about that, what I did next was eat.
But after we ate and everything was done, we immediately continued our journey again, and as usual I went back to sleep lol. And my mother woke me up again because we were almost in Banda Aceh, to be precise at my uncle's house, and I was surprised to see that it was already night, meaning I had fallen asleep in the car for quite a long time so I didn't realize it, and maybe after 30 minutes we finally arrived at my uncle's house at night at exactly eight o'clock.
When I arrived at my uncle's house, I couldn't do much because my body felt sore from the long journey. I just lay down at home to rest because tomorrow morning I had to accompany my mother to the hospital.
At exactly 06:00 I was woken up by my mother and I immediately got up and got ready because this morning was the day my mother had a re-check at the hospital, I immediately packed my mother's equipment and when everything was ready we immediately left for the hospital at exactly 07:00 in the morning. And after arriving at the hospital I had time to capture some moments there.
It was the first room that functioned as a place to make files and the first place for patients to register, the room was very spacious. After finishing the photo shoot, I immediately went in and immediately registered my mother's files there, but it was forbidden to take photos there so I couldn't take photos there.
And after re-registering, my mother and I went straight to the room directed by the officer there, namely to re-examine the disease that my mother was suffering from, namely "breast cancer", and while my mother was being examined I waited for her outside the room, and I also had time to capture some moments there.
After my mother was examined and we had to wait for the lab results for the next few days, whether my mother had to undergo chemotherapy again or not, I had to wait for the results first to be sure, and that made me silent and my heart began to feel restless because I was worried about it, because my family's economy was already very tight which made me very anxious.
After everything was done, we immediately returned to my uncle's house, when we arrived at my uncle's house, my heart was very restless which made me not feel at home. However, to avoid stress, I decided to go on a trip to the most beautiful tourist spot in Banda Aceh, namely the Baiturrahman Grand Mosque, because in that place I could see the beauty and grandeur of the building and enjoy the nature there, so it might be able to calm my mind.
I made this trip alone using an online motorcycle taxi service. It probably takes 10 or 15 minutes to get to the tourist spot from my uncle's house, and it's not too far.
Arriving in front of the mosque building, I immediately went inside through the underground motorbike parking area. Once there, I immediately went to the corridor to rest for a while there.
There I rested while lying down for a moment to calm my very chaotic mind, I also prayed that my mother would be free from cancer cells so that she would not have to suffer anymore, while thinking about that I fell asleep for a while in that area, but not long after I woke up again because of the sound of many people passing by in the corridor.
After waking up from my sleep I started to walk towards the mosque yard to enjoy the beauty offered by the place.
Seeing the real beauty of the magnificent building made my mood better than before, and a few months ago I also visited this place but now there is something different, namely some of the umbrellas in the courtyard of the mosque have been opened, maybe because the weather is currently very hot, so the large umbrellas are opened so that visitors have a place to take shelter.
But surely there are some of us who want to know how beautiful the inside of the building is, right?
Well, on this occasion I also took the time to go inside the mosque building to be able to capture some beautiful moments inside.
The roof is also very beautiful, filled with artwork, carvings and architecture that are truly extraordinary, the interior of this building is also very spacious where I was a little tired to go around the place. And inside the mosque building there are also many people with various activities such as worshiping, chatting, and sleeping while resting there, everything looks very cool and calm.
After feeling satisfied being inside the mosque and I had also captured some beautiful moments there, I decided to leave the building, honestly my heart felt very satisfied and happy after visiting this place. And after leaving the building, I immediately went to the corner of the mosque yard to rest there again while enjoying the beauty of this place that I could not imagine.
This might be the trip I really need right now because it can lighten my mind and it is also very appropriate for me to capture some of the beautiful moments here so that I can share them here so that all my beloved hive friends can see and enjoy them.
