Good morning to all my beloved hive friends ♥️
My latest discovery about insects or what are often called leaf pests in my area, namely insects with slightly scary physical characteristics but look very unique, these insects are often associated as leaf pests because they often eat the leaves of farmers' plants so that the existence of these insects is very rare in my village, but if we want to find this insect we can only enter plantations that have wild grass or dense trees because these insects are very common in places like that. like in my discovery this time where I managed to find this insect perched on one of the dry leaves on a coconut plantation, but its color which is very similar to the leaf made me almost unable to see it. Luckily at that time I was resting, so I was able to find it right away.
Although this insect looks very unique, I do not recommend you to touch it because it can release a liquid that has a very pungent and unpleasant odor. This is one of the defenses of this unique insect, namely when it starts to be threatened, it will release a liquid that has the odor mentioned.
