So this is an activity that we have planned with friends, today the day has come where we grill fish together, so to cook fish of course we need equipment such as spices and the main object, namely fish. And here are some pictures I took when I bought some equipment for grilling fish at a market in Bireuen city.

When I bought equipment and fish seasoning, I also invited one of my female friends. because as you know women are very good at shopping, that's why I invited my female friend to shop for some equipment and spices for grilled fish balar. and he wanted to do it too. we bought this equipment in the late afternoon and it was very late.

So after I bought spices at the market we went straight home. because we happened to divide several tasks, there were those who bought spices and equipment for grilling fish, there were those who bought fish, and there were also those who prepared some equipment.

when I got home, some of my friends had cleaned the scales of the fish they bought, it seemed like they really enjoyed it and I was happy to see that.

So after the fish was cleaned, we immediately took it out, and we immediately prepared some other equipment such as lighting a fire and chopping onions, tomatoes and chilies for us to make delicious soy sauce.

As we know, there are tomatoes, chilies and shallots, as well as ready-made spices that we buy at the market. When these spices were being cut, unfortunately no one took pictures because I was given the task of cutting them myself.

I'm ready to make soy sauce. Now it's time to add spices to the fish that is ready to be grilled. After the fish has been coated in spices, it's time to grill it

and when grilling fish we also have to maintain the stability of the charcoal so that the fish doesn't burn, and while grilling some of my friends also took several pictures so it was a beautiful moment and of course a very meaningful memory in old age. these are really fun times with friends, no opportunity comes twice so enjoy it and make the most of it

The spices are ready, just wait for the fish to be perfectly cooked, and when the fish is almost 80% cooked, it's time for you to add additional spices, who knows what. and after I asked, it turned out that this was rendang seasoning as an additional seasoning so that the grilled fish tasted better and of course it was very delicious.

After smearing with spices, we just have to wait a few minutes until the fish is cooked.

and yeah. The fish is cooked and this is the most awaited moment. So after the fish is cooked, the fish is placed on cleaned banana leaves to be served for us to eat together. We invited several neighbors to come enjoy the grilled fish. Some of my friends also can't wait to eat this delicious grilled fish

it was a really fun evening with friends, we spent this evening very happily with exciting stories and laughing together.
