For some times now, I have observed that people tend to believe that any good thing that works for them is die to their hardwork and labour, that is very true but taking all the credits when we know our life does not belong to us is really not encouraging. It is funny how people narrate a situation, let's say for instance, someone was involved in an accident and then happens to not get severely injured or was able to avoid the accident, you'll see someone coming out boldly to say, "it was because of how good I am in driving that was why I was able to avoid this accident, with the way other person was behaving I knew something was wrong, so I just used my sense to you know avoid everything" it is true that God grants us wisdom to toil through the hardship and challenges of life, but it is also good that we first thank God for protection over our life and acknowledge that truly God has been our saviour other than taking all the glory.
THIS GOD IS TOO GOOD by NATHANIEL BASSEY is a song that portrays how good and wonderful God has been towards our lives, if we are able to acknowledge that, then all we need to do as Christians is to give thanks, that's all God wants from us, nothing more. If life doesn't treat us well as we want, if we are going through hell and we are able to appreciate God even in our condition and declare in our hearts that everything will be alright as God has promised us in His word to always be with His children, it then shows that we know our place in Christ and in due time, all that we have been going through will be over. No one said it's going to be an easy road but no also said the journey will last forever. In all we do, let's learn to worship God in all conditions.
