Pangas fish with fried onions, which my sons like a lot, you will not have much difficulty in making this recipe. You just wash the pangas fish well, rub it with salt and leave it, then wash it again with hot water. Then what you do is rub yellow pepper in the pangas fish and then leave it for a while. First of all, I fried the onion well before that, but I cut the patal well and fried it in oil. If you can fry the patal as much as you can think of, then there is no problem.
