I'm back again with one of my totally random impulsive silver coin search.
The idea is that since I've taken a liking to the hobby of silver gold stacking, and following some already quite devoted stackers, I'd do my own flimsy relaxed research on it, saving up to get my first stack and make some posts along the way.
Last time, I talked about one of the rarest coins and came up with a sweet look at my dubbed "Twilight Wolves" and now, just a stray thought made me think.
What's the biggest coin?
Of course, I followed this thought up, doing a little digging, prowling and hunting and then I finally caught my elephant!
The Elephant Big Five 2kg Silver Ivory Coin.
This coin is simply a beauty 😍
Who else can feel that majestic aura?
The elephant silver ivory coin (as it is commonly known as) is part of the Big Five Africa series.
It depicts the giant african elephant, the largest land mammal on earth.
Simultaneously, this coin is taken and assumed to hold the record of being the largest on earth with a shocking diameter of 120mm.
It has a high quality relief and features an antique finish quality making the mountain of an animal seemingly jump to life on the face of the coin.
It boasts of a weight of 2000g too so I guess the largest is a fitting title for this piece.
It's a very rare coin with just 50 pieces minted worldwide.
Of course getting a coin like this wouldn't be easy, but it sure would be nice ✨🐘
