A contemporary circus performance

I am so lucky to be friends with the talented Joana Dias, one of my best friends, and although she perform literally all over the World, and often I don't have the chance to see a lot of the works she does. Whenever she have performances in London, I do my best to be there to appreciate her art. Because she is so talented it is always a pleasure.

This time, she is part of the show FIRESIDE and she was performing it in London so I had to go and watch it. Obviously you know I had to take my camera to capture some images to share with you all.

This is a contemporary performance, that conglomerates acting, dancing, singing, circus and all the members of the cast were so amazing and did such a great work bringing the story to life. They really capture you from the beginning to the end of show.

It was funny, scary, serious, suspenseful and so much more. It really takes you through a lot of different stages and that's why it is so interesting and captivating.

When it comes to the photos, I think I have managed to do a good job, since it was a night show with limited light. You already know that's not my speciality and it makes it even more difficult when you don't have proper lenses to photograph this type of shows. But still, I think with my limitations I was able to create some pretty cool images to share here with you.

And stay aware of your surroundings, because when you are around the fireside you will never know if, when or how the monster will come to catch us all. It is always a risk in this immersive story that brings you in.

The dialogue in the show is very well done and it is very well integrated with all the different types and styles of performances that happens in the show. I don't know when or what will be the next opportunity I will have to see her perform again. But every time I do, I love it and I always have a great time.

On top of me enjoying the live performances, I always also have a great chance to create images that will bring you some of the moments and hopefully be able to make you feel some of the feelings that the performers are trying to convey during the live performance. But now they are immortalized in a photo, for anyone who wants to access it all around the world.

Tell me, when you look at these photos from the show, what do you feel? Have I done a good job conveying the emotions I have also described on the post?

I have been struggling to come online and create content to share with everyone due to my mental health and also my financial situation. But for those you know me and follow me for a while know that I really lose to create and share with you so I hope that I will be able to sort myself out and also be able to share more with you all very soon.

Thank you to those who are still here with me and haven't left me.
