Almost everyone in their life has to go to school to get a basic education. I say almost because there are some unfortunate people that aren't able to due to their situation. In any case, there are three types of schooling: public, private and homeschooled. Today, I want to cover my opinion on which I think is the best.
For a bit of background, let's start off with what type of schooling I had. I went to a public school from kindergarten to high school. For the schools I studied at, they were all covered by the government and my family only had to pay for school supplies and books. I faced getting bullied throughout my studies and it made me antisocial as well as make me not trust people so easily. This is one of the main reasons why I feel public schools aren't the best type of schooling. Of course, not everyone gets bullied but if you do go to a public school, their is a risk of facing that issue.
As for private schools, I believe it can also face bullying issues. I never went to a private school so I'm not sure but I've seen it in the news before and it's a common plot in some tv shows which I assume is based on real life. Furthermore, private schools will cost a lot of money to attend and addition to that, the student may suffer a lot of pressure to perform well.
That's why I'm leaving the best for last and that is homeschooled. Personally, I don't have any experience but I believe homeschooled is the best. There is 100% focus on that one student and they can learn at their own pace. It's a bit more flexible meaning the student can have their own lesson plans and these lesson plans can focus on their interests. For example, if the student was good at math, then more lessons will be focused on that. There is some downside to this and that is the lack of socialization. The student might not have any friends or not learn proper social skills to communicate with others better.
In conclusion, I find homeschooled to be the best type of schooling. I know others may think differently so if you don't think homeschooled is the best, please do comment your counterargument!
