They say lightning doesn't strike twice in the same place, but believe it or not, here I am again on a Sunday creating another post about my income. These last two weeks have been very busy, thank God, and after a long time I managed to post not only one week in a row, but two.
But I believe that next week I will take it easy again, rest on the weekend and enjoy my family more. Anyway, let's get to the summary of these weeks.
Today we will compare last week's spreadsheet with today's!
The evolution is very slow, I really haven't invested that heavily, because I have other plans for the HBD that comes from the return on my posts. A part remains in Hive as a way of investing in increasing my dividends, another part goes to savings and I'm withdrawing the rest to invest in real estate funds to build a passive income outside of Hive.
The changes in the spreadsheets are quite consistent. EDS had not paid the dividend when I posted last Sunday, so on Monday (09/02) it paid 1.4 HIVE because of that, but the normal rate is 0.70 or maybe even more.
With that, the amount I received from all sources, whether through HP delegation or token dividends, was 6.588 Hive. My goal is to try to reach a total of 10 HIVE per week, so I'm almost there!
Yesterday I made a few purchases, as we can see below.
5.85 DBOND: = 5.85 x 1 = 5.85 SWAP.HIVE
2 RUG: 2 x 1.89 = 3.78 S.H
2 EDS: 2 x 1.50 = 3 S.H
2.75 ARMERO: = 2.75 x 0.47 = 1.29 S.H
I didn't focus enough this week, buying much less than I had assumed for each week, but next week I want to buy exactly the number of tokens I planned and wrote down for this.
In summary, the dividend payment of the DBOND/DAB and EDS tokens has been increasing a little each day/week, while the dCity SIM token has been constantly falling. The RUG token is also a focus because it helps me earn and stake the DBOND token, essential for mining the DAB token. The ARMERO token also improves the payment for each token purchased and the price has helped a lot, forcing me to keep it on the investment list.
Changing the subject...
Now, a point that has also made me very happy, not related to dividends, but rather to the increase in HP in my account. Some time ago, I surpassed 10k HP and decided to leave a part of it active to help people with an amount that is not huge, but somewhat significant, and also because it helps me with the healing return.
So, using the analysis part of Peakd, I can see that since August 23rd I have had a great average return, even though I started at 0.2, there are some peaks of 1.3 and 1.5 HP, and this is just healing return, that is, the votes I make on people's posts here at Hive.
Of course, everything varies, some days you have more, others you have less, but I'm seeing that the average is really close to 1 HP per day, so in a month I have 30 HP returned just by votes, which shows how interesting it is to leave an effective HP value in your account! You help the community members to grow and at the same time you are helped to grow too!

Dizem que um raio não cai duas vezes no mesmo lugar, mas por incrível que pareça, aqui estou novamente em um dia de domingo criando mais uma postagem sobre meus rendimentos. Essas duas ultimas semanas foram de muito trabalho graças a Deus e depois de muito tempo consegui não apenas postar 1 semana toda seguidamente, como foram duas.
Mas, acredito que para a próxima semana já vou pegar mais leve novamente, descansar no final de semana e aproveitar minha família melhor. Enfim, vamos lá para o resumo dessas semanas.
Hoje vamos comparar a planilha da semana passada com a de hoje!
A evolução é bem devagar, realmente não tenho investido tão pesado, até porque tenho outros planos para os HBD que vem de retorno das minhas postagens. Uma parte continua na Hive como forma de investimento em aumentar meus dividendos, um outro pedaço vai para o savings e outro estou retirando para fazer investimentos em fundos imobiliários para ir construindo uma renda passiva fora da Hive.
As mudanças das planilhas são bem consistentes, o EDS não havia pago o dividendo quando fiz a postagem do domingo passado, então na segunda (02/09) pagou 1,4 HIVE por conta disso, mas a normalidade é para ser 0,70 ou talvez já até venha mais.
Com isso, o valor que recebi de todas as fontes, seja por delegação de HP ou dividendos de tokens, foi de 6,588 Hive. Minha meta é tentar chegar a um total de 10 HIVE por semana, então estou quase lá!
Ontem realizei poucas compras, como podemos observar abaixo.

Não foquei o suficiente essa semana, comprando bem menos do que havia tomado como certo para cada semana, mas, na próxima quero comprar exatamente o número de tokens que planejei e anotei para isso.
Em resumo, o pagamento de dividendos dos tokens DBOND/DAB e EDS, tem aumentado um pouco a cada dia/semana, enquanto que o token SIM do dCity vem de uma constante queda. O token RUG é um foco também porque me ajuda a ganhar e realizar o stake do token DBOND, essencial para minerar o token DAB. O token ARMERO também melhora o pagamento a cada token comprado e o preço têm ajudado bastante, me forçando a mantê-lo na lista de investimentos.
Mudando de assunto...
Agora um ponto que têm me deixado bem feliz também, não sendo relacionado com dividendos, mas sim com o aumento de HP da minha conta. Há algum tempo passei dos 10k de HP e decidi deixar uma parte dele efetivo para ajudar as pessoas com um valor que não é estrondoso, mas um pouco significativo e também porque isso me ajuda com o retorno de curação.
Então utilizando a parte de analise do Peakd, posso ver que desde o dia 23 de agosto estou com uma média ótima de retorno, mesmo tendo começado em 0,2, existe alguns picos de 1,3 e 1,5 de HP, isso sendo apenas retorno de curação, ou seja, os votos que faço nas postagens das pessoas aqui da Hive.
Claro que tudo é variável, um dia têm mais, outro têm menos, mas estou vendo que a média é realmente ali perto de 1 HP por dia, então em um mês tenho 30 HP de retorno apenas por votos, o que mostra como é interessante deixar um valor de HP efetivo em sua conta! Você ajuda os membros da comunidade a crescer e ao mesmo tempo é ajudado para crescer também!
