Some used it to buy drugs and illegal activities. He was charged with facilitating a large number of these crimes by creating the website. And he was sentenced to 40 years to Life in Prison.

I think the 4000 plus days in jail allowed him to consider his future carefully, and do everything he can not to ever go back to jail.
Yeah, anyone who returned from jail and do not change will likely go back there in no time. I believe he must have learned his lesson.
I agree, and I hope to see something great from him, but I expect he will probably take sometime off to spend with his family, as a free man and then perhaps travel.
I hope that after he takes some time off to visit with family and travel the wrld, he comes back to devlope something legal for a company, where he has some legal protection against further prosecution.
