So we walked along the Baywalk, and as I mentioned recently, there are a lot of new establishments or businesses there. I'm not sure if the land can be bought there but I heard, it's government owned, and rights are given for occupants but with a price. They can even transfer or sell the rights. However, they don't own it completely.
As I saw the establishments in the Baywalk, mostly are resorts, transients, and stores. There are restaurants too. I haven't tried any of the restaurants though. My husband and I will try someday. I noticed there are few customers though.
