Years ago, I joined a cause for a voluntary work in Ilocos Sur, from the town of Banayoyo. The place looks like isolated because there aren't much houses, and the town proper isn't lively. Maybe I currently in an urbanized town, and even in my hometown, I can feel life.
The town we visited is more of low mountains around, though there are high mountains nearby, which we didn't go to. We trekked on our way to some people there at lower mountains. Everything feels dusty, and it's hot and dry due to the summer season.
Despite the difficult work we did there, it's still fun and enjoyed the moments. I wanted to join such outreach again, but with my husband. I'm still single at that time, and I'll be happy to volunteer with my love.
