Hello hivers, an happy Friday to you all! The weekend is just around the corner and here we are having a warm, sunny weather so, later, me and my hubby @paolobeneforti will go outside to enjoy the fresh air walking along the streets of my city (a nice way to relax our mind and to move our old bones 😊 ).
This morning, like I use to do every day, I woke up soon to work on a new artwork during the first hours of the day, when the air was colder than now and the city was so silent. ❤️
Before to start a new oil on canvas I have in my mind, I decided to study a new character on my sketchbook and, in the following pics, you can see the final result:
As you can see, the subject is an human figure in profile with a big big nose and a long dress in red. I like to image freaky figures leaving my hands free to work and it's an useful exercise too.
This is an oil colors painting on around 150 - 200 gsm paper (a page of my sketchbook) and, as usual, I took some pics while I was painted this funny figure so you can see the process too:
