When I am surrounded by big trees, even if I am not thinking about anything, I always look up, that vision of the trunk, branches, leaves, vines, birds, etc, is a source of relaxation and wisdom for me even if the tree is in the middle of the city.

Muchas veces cuando buscamos respuestas, uno de los gestos que hacemos es inclinar la cabeza hacia arriba, como esperando que con esa postura nos lleguen las ideas, recibir una especie de iluminación.
Cuando estoy rodeada de grandes árboles, aunque no esté pensando en nada, siempre miro hacia arriba, esa visión del tronco, las ramas, hojas, lianas, aves, etc, es una fuente de relajación y sabiduría para mí aunque el árbol esté en medio de la ciudad.
Si no le han prestado atención a esto, los invito a que levanten la mirada, tanto si buscan respuestas o inspiración, la naturaleza se los puede dar.
