Hello everyone, hope you are doing very well today and that you are enjoying your Christmas.
It was so beautiful last two years to celebrate our Christmas day in mom's village. After a long while we needed to go there so that we would bond with piblings and other people.
Mum was very happy to take us to her village (where she comes from). I love travelling, so it was very easy for me to get my yes. Everyone wanted to just stay at home and enjoy, but Mum wanted us to go to her village for Christmas.
We cooked some dishes and carried some gifts for people. We could not hide our emotions on the road because of those natural view we had while going to mom's village. We first of all saw their biggest river and we also saw fishermen fishing there too. I loved the view but did not take the picture because I did not have a phone that time.
When we reach a certain river, dad would slow down his care so that we would really view it. Mom kept on saying that she not even close to our age when she started going to fish from the River. I did not want to believe that, we made fun out of it.
We had the opportunity of passing through their cultural market where all the mask for masquerade are being made. It was scary at first because mom once told us that if anyone who has not paid a price to the village would give birth to a masquerade if she passes through the market. I asked her about it but she did not say anything, so I just knew that, what she told us was a myth.
When we reach our grandfather's house, we were welcomed so warmly. Since we lost Grandma and Grandpa a very long time ago, we had piblings around, who had already prepared food to receive us.
It was fun all through, and we had the opportunity to reunite again.
