Hello everyone! Are you ready for another "Splinterlands Epic Battle"? 🌟✨ For this post, I would like to share my most recent victory against a line up that has the Venka The Vile card as the main attacker. This card has a massive attack power of 7, but still, I was able to win. Let us take a look on how I was able to win this battle.
For this battle, here are the specific rulesets and a mana cap to consider:
Mana Cap: 25
Active Elements: Water, Earth and Death
Active Rulesets:
- Aimless: All units with magic and ranged attacks have Scattershot (magic and ranged attacks target a random enemy unit).
- High Five: You can summon a maximum of 5 units.
- Maneuvers: All units have Reach (can use melee attack from the second position).
Strategy: The strategy revolves around maximizing Riftwing's Backfire ability by pairing it with Astral Entity to grant it the Dodge ability. This combination increases Riftwing's chances of evading attacks, triggering Backfire to deal damage to opponents. While Riftwing absorbs damage at the forefront, Silent Sha-vi and Doctor Blight serve as the primary damage dealers, targeting and eliminating enemy units effectively. This approach ensures a balance between durability and offensive output, leveraging Riftwing’s resilience and evasion to disrupt the opponent's strategy.
The enemy used Lux Vega to summon a combination of Earth and Neutral elements to the battlefield. The enemy line up is a combination monsters that can attack from any position.

Venka the Vile makes the first move to attack Riftwing, however, it missed and received damage from Backfire.
In Round 2, the attack against Riftwing missed again!
By the end of Round 2, Venka the Vile was already defeated while the enemy kept on missing their attacks agains Riftwing.
And since the main attacker of the opponent has been defeated, my line-up was able to overpower the remaining units and leads me to victory.
