Embracing the grind - Pushing limits, surpassing boundaries.

Since I have shifted to a new home, I was planning to start some workout. These are the days, when we get a lot of sweat and that may helps in weigh reduction. Last few years I have put on some weight. Better to take some initial physical steps for a better tomorrow. It happens to many people that even they notice a bulky figure they are not ready to take a first step. But considering the ageing factor it is importsnt to start caring of the health at the right moment.

Being overweight or obese can increase the risk of developing serious health problems, including:

  • Heart disease
  • High blood pressure
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Gallstones
  • Breathing problems
  • Certain cancers

Losing weight to a healthy weight for your height can promote health benefits, such as: Lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels, Lower blood pressure, Less stress on bones and joints, Less work for the heart, and Improved type 2 diabetes. A healthy lifestyle, including healthy eating patterns and regular physical activity, can help you lose weight and lower your chance of developing weight-related health conditions. Some examples of aerobic exercise that can help with weight loss include:

  • Walking
  • Jogging
  • Cycling
  • Swimming
  • Dancing
  • Using a fitness machine such as a treadmill, elliptical, or stair stepper
Every rep counts, every effort matters

My body is not ready for strenuous workout, so I started my excercise schedule with light running for approx 3 km (20 min) and then followed it with some physical stretching like jumping, still running and few other body movement that i learned during gym days . The humid weather outside helped me to release good amount of sweat very quickly. But does sweating helps us in weight reduction?? That is a big question. Sweating is considered good for the body, but during sweating the body only releases the water and no fat. This is old theory that sweat helps in burning fat. But scientifically it is the breathing due to the workout which helps in burning fat. The oxygen we inhale during our running or excersing helps the stored fat to squeeze. So the more we get tired the more it is good for reducing weigh.

Unlocking my potential

This is not the first time, I started caring for my body. Few years ago too, my lifestyle took a hit and I get overweight. It was an alarming situation as I unable to lock my short button. But a timely noticing the excess fat and some string diet and workout plans helped me shed good kilos in few month. I remeber, for quick result, I joined Gym for the first time. I utilize it for cardio workout and then it followed it aerobics exercise. The #aerobics was too tough to handle as it literally squeeze the good stamina in you. There were few quick steps to cover and in Less than 15 min, many started to fell and faintuu. It was begining but soon, I adjusted which helped me to reduce weigh and bring it back under control. Later I switched to normal jogging, and stretching.

Sweating it out

Buy again, my schedule and routine took a hit, when I was my Dad. Also working out in village is not possible, as the atmosphere was soo cool that I hardly manage to get sweat. Also the orthodox people find it a subject of laugh watching me running. But now, I am focusing on reducing some weight. Especially to the belly fat. There is no gym around and also it is not affordable for me now, so I am relying on some old exercises and also take notice of online videos.

Empowering myself, one goal at a time

I started my workout with running, but soon I switched back to indoor exercise which will mostly cover working on the belly areas and also the side areas around stomach. Those were the toughest area to work upon, as the excess fat is not ready shed easily. But I am hoping to get the impossible done and bring back my shape to normal.

Exactly, every effort is important, smaller food rations, walking... many things help.

In my case I hardly eat bread, I walk a lot and eat very little hahaha not because I don't want to, I just can't eat more hahaha I'm like that!

It is very importante yo begin and maintaint a routine life like that You speak about. It brings us so many good thinks to mental and phisical health
