Cycling in nature

in #hive-1777452 months ago

Greetings my dear Hive fellows.

Today I chose cycling rather than visiting some tourist spots as the weather is not supporting me and I had to do some work in the office at noon I left for cycling around 5 pm and continued till 8:30 with some rest and exploring the roadside beauty. Sunday is the only day in my current life when I don’t put an alarm on my phone but on all the other days I need to set an alarm to wake up according to the routine of daily life. So, I can sleep as much as I want in the morning as a lazy guy and wake up around 11/12 in the morning.

Usually, I take food from the canteen in the holidays if I don’t cook food last night before the holidays. But today I had my breakfast and lunch together with some bread and bananas which I bought yesterday when I went to the Huairou district city area for my weekly cycling session on Saturday which was a short one of around 1 hour. But today I had a bigger plan inside the forestry mountain area in the northern part of the Huairou district.

Today, I have broken all the previous records and crossed the 40 km ride from around 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm at night with some stoppages for explorations and some other stuff that I am going to share in this blog. I am pretty happy that I am doing well to ride for longer distances.

This is a beautiful bridge from where the mountains ranges can be explored perfectly and the both side views are amazing to ride bicycle in this extremely natural stunning location.

my return riding recorded manually in the watch with the map that shows the route.

The total ride today as the intial part is recorded automatically by the watch has no map of routes.

I left my dormitory in the late afternoon to avoid getting too hot on the way. It was too hard to say that the weather forecast in the previous day. It was a sudden plan for me and I set up my bike and took my water bottles around 4:45 pm. I chose this time of day to avoid the hottest part of the day though today was a cloudy day as it has rained for the last two days.

Due to nature, I had a beautiful view of green trees by the road, with green leaves everywhere I looked as I crossed my dorm area. Some of the roads were so nice because the trees along the sides cast nice shades.

It was about 30 degrees Celsius outside as the sun was hiding behind the cloudy weather but usually, the temperature is around 35 during this time of the day during summer days in my area. Today the the wind was not stronger this afternoon but the clouds saved me from the extreme tiredness from the hot weather.

But it was a good thing that the wind did not disturb me with its force to make my trip a difficult one, which made the ride a little more pleasant. Also, there were some parts of my ride where I was at high elevations, which made it harder to keep going and slowed me down generally. But the downward slope made the ride more enjoyable with the comfortable feeling with high speed downfall without any effort.

I came across a lot of beautiful spots on my way right after crossing the dormitory area on the both side of the road. The views from both sides were so stunning that I stopped and took a break to look around. I took several pictures of those stunning beauties.

As I went to the forestry area today, the traffic was much less than in the city. It is very close to the city area of Huairou, and there are several convention halls and party centers in this area. Also, there are many resorts in this area, and I saw some tourists enjoying their holidays in this part of the city.

I saw a lot of people walking on the roadside footpath in the countryside. The road can only be used by bikes and other two-wheeled vehicles. The surrounding was really mind-blowing and easily be understood why people chose the area for their holiday destination.

I can also explore the different views of the surrounding mountains range which is very close from the area. And my next plan is to go far into these mountains range to explore more stunning natural beauty of this area.

Theseand the green lushes surround the area give another spooky beauty of the place. On the other hand, the clean and black road through the nature is another thing to discover. I will come to this area agin in near future.

After more than 2 hours of spending times in the roads and taking some rest in some spots, I started riding back to my dormitory. As, I did not stop to any other location in the returning way unless I become very tired and drink some drinks.

On the way I bought some drinks as I was sweating a lot due to the hot weather and no wind to make the ride comfortable today.

I also went to a super shop to buy some food as I can't get many opportunities to go to the super shop too frequently on the work days of the week.

I hope you like my cycling session at such a fantastic place with great exploration. It was amazing to have such a cycling session in a fantastic place like this, with the discovery of natural beauty to enjoy and lose myself away from my busy life! If you have any queries, let me know in the comments, and I will try my best to answer them.

Thanks a lot for your time and attention. I will catch up with you at the next one.
Wish you a great day!

Dear Hassan!
Your China travel stories are always interesting!

It is currently the rainy season where I live, so it rains every day. What is the weather like in Beijing?

Is the cafeteria in the dormitory you live in closed on Sundays?
How do you eat your meals on holidays?

I felt that you liked China's natural environment!
Do you feel there are any differences between the natural environments of China and Bangladesh?

It is rainy season in Beijing also and rains too often here during these days.

Is the cafeteria in the dormitory you live in closed on Sundays?
How do you eat your meals on holidays?

There are no holidays for the canteen and it is open 7 days a week and 365 days a year. But I don't like the canteen food always.

Do you feel there are any differences between the natural environments of China and Bangladesh?

I like the natural environment of Bangladesh also like Sundarban, Cox's Bazar, Banderban, and many other places. But my hometown is completely plain land and most of the land is used for agricultural purposes. Almost 80% land is plain and fertile in Bangladesh, and we have a huge population, so we need to use it not leave it for wilderness which I enjoy here in China.
