but other than that there are some good sights that are very helpful, when I got back into photography a few years back I checked out Digital photography school a lot https://digital-photography-school.com/ they have many tutorials that I found great

but i a lot of what I have picked up over the years comes down to trail and error, when I first got a camera again back in maybe 2006 I went out and just played aroudn with different settings for different situations and foudn what seemed to work when I looked at the photos when I got back

and all of that is probably not so helpful so let me to be a bit more helpful

I shoot in Aperture priority mode a lot for lanscapes, and shutter priority for birds, especailly if tryign to catch tme in flight thats important as you need a high shutter speed to slow them down in flight such as the heron in flight inb this post I used 1/1250 to freeze it in flight, and often I go even higher in shutter speed up to 1/3000 sometimes
