I was to supervise a couple students today as they create a sketch of some fruits and one of the most complex there was a bunch of grapes. Almost all the students found the drawing of the grapes challenging as it required the round shapes precise, very good shading and some details which were quite alot for an hour class. I decided to get involved with the class by also making the drawing of the grapes to allow the students understand it could be done but just required their patience. This drawing too just around 2 hours to create and much focus were on the shading and shapes of the grapes. The blue ball point pen was used for this and sadly I didn’t take much photos of the steps.
