πͺπΈ ~ Esta es la ΓΊltima actualizaciΓ³n sobre el proceso y resultado del primer grupo grande de gatas hembras que llevΓ© a cirugΓa de esterilizaciΓ³n junto a 2 amigas, quien sin su ayuda esto no hubiera sido posible.
De esta experiencia aprendΓ que cuando haces lo que amas nada pesa, incluso dejas de sentir cansancio o sueΓ±o, y que tu corazΓ³n se siente ligero y lleno cuando das seguridad a seres tan pequeΓ±os y genuinamente inocentes.
Estas fotos son sobre los dΓas de recuperaciΓ³n, ultima consulta veterinaria para el retiro de puntos, unos dΓas mas de descanso guardadas, y la relaciΓ³n de ingresos e inversiΓ³n de todo el dinero recaudado a travΓ©s de donaciones y la venta de lacitos.
πΊπΈ ~ This is the last update about the process and the result of the first big group of female cats I took to the spay surgery with 2 friends,, which would not have been possible without their help.
From this experience I learned that when you do what you love, nothing weighs you down, you even stop feeling tired or sleepy, and your heart feels light and full when you give security to such small and truly innocent beings.
These photos are about the days of recovery, the last visit to the vet to remove the stitches, a few more days of rest saved, and the ratio of income and investment of all the money raised through donations and the sale of ribbons.

β¦ During the time they were in our care, we gave them lots and lots of food, we wanted them to be in the best condition possible, because now the goal is to find them good homes! β¦
β¦ As the days went by, they became good friends β¦
β¦ By the way this is the night before the suture removal day β¦
β¦ Alicia already suspected that something strange was going on β¦
β¦ SHE SUSPECTS, SHE IS TOO SMART β¦
β¦ In the morning it was very difficult to keep them all, in fact they were so unruly that they broke 3 baskets, so we could only take 5 out of 6 to the vet β¦
β¦ It was very hot that day β¦
β¦ Although the journey this time was quite fast β¦
β¦ Suture removal took a while as there were so many cats, but we arrived at a very good time, there was no line β¦
β¦ And the return transport was also quite fast, it's funny how all the baskets fit, plus my friend, the driver and me β¦
β¦ On the way home, I was very happy, amazed at what we had accomplished and confident that we could do it again β¦
β¦ A lot of things were improvised and we worked with what we had, money is important, but the most important thing is the commitment that you really feel for the welfare of these animals β¦
Β‘Algo muy especial e importante que mencionar es que el equipo del centro veterinario nos regalo una de las cirugΓas! En nuestras cuentas alcanzΓ‘bamos a costear solo 5 de 12 operaciones que necesitamos, nos sorprendio mucho que nos escribieran preguntando si ellos costeaban 1 cirugΓa, si podias llevar una gatita mas a la jornada. Eso nos animo muchΓsimo porque la ayuda llegΓ³ hasta ultimo momento.
Something very special and important to mention is that the team at the vet center gave us one of the surgeries! In our accounts we could only afford 5 of the 12 surgeries we needed, so we were very surprised when they wrote to ask if they would pay for 1 surgery if you could bring one more kitten to the day. This was very encouraging as the help came in at the last minute.

Es la primera vez que organizo una esterilizaciΓ³n en grupo tan grande y despues de esta experiencia puedo decir que me siento sΓΊper capaz de volverlo a hacer, pero tambien con un nΓΊmero mayor de mininos si cuento con por ejemplo, un medio mas adecuado para su transporte.
Es menester que invierta en al menos, unos 4 o 5 kennels propios de tamaΓ±o mediano porque las cestas solo sirven para gatitos de carΓ‘cter tranquilo, los mas agresivos pueden destruirlas en cuestiΓ³n de segundos si te descuidas.
Los gatos no son tan difΓciles de cuidar como creen las personas, tienen personalidades muy diferentes y una vez que te ganas su confianza, darles medicamentos no es complicado, basta con respetar su espacio y prestar atenciΓ³n a quΓ© les desagrada.
Con todo mi corazΓ³n, muchΓsimas gracias a todos los que nos han ayudado a hacer esto posible, contamos con su ayuda para las prΓ³ximas jornadas de esterilizaciΓ³n y:
"Que Dios te multiplique en bendiciones, la ayuda que puedas brindar a sus seres mas humildes."
This is the first time I have organized a sterilization in such a large group, and after this experience I can say that I feel very capable of doing it again, but with a larger number of kittens, if I have, for example, a more adequate means of transportation.
It is necessary to invest in at least 4 or 5 medium sized kennels of your own, because the baskets are only good for kittens with a calm character, the more aggressive ones can destroy them in a matter of seconds if you don't take care of them.
Cats are not as difficult to take care of as people think, they have very different personalities and once you gain their trust, giving them medication is not complicated, it is enough to respect their space and pay attention to what they dislike.
