A Portion of Gudeg on the First Day in Yogyakarta

Indonesia In addition to the archipelag, it is certainly a country that is rich in spices, therefore a variety of Indonesian specialties who have rich taste of spices, one of which is a typical Yogyakarta gudeg going to Yogyakarta not yet anfright if without eating it is gudeg, so in my opinion. So, in the morning when I arrived in Yogyakarta, I put my heavy backpack into the inn, after my exactly traveled around the very iconic Malioboro area.

Approximately two hundred meters from the Malioboro road there was a crowd of breakfast which turned out they were lining up warm. I finally decided to come in line. Actually there was a very legend nude near the Malioboro area too, his name was gudeg yo djum, but, for some reason I didn't want to go there, for me eating in this place was enough.

So I forgot to introduce the gudeg what type of food and come from what material. So, it's gudeg, it's so made from young jackfruit fruit cooked with spices and secret spices. Obviously the protruding of this guded is sweet taste because it is cooked with a type of sweet taste. The old process of making a gudeg that makes this food feel special because it absorbs the marinade spices.

However, in one gudeg portion there are usually other mendmaping, such as: opor chicken, tofu bacem, bacem eggs, krecek, and others depending on the seller. When it came to my turn, I ordered half the portion of rice with a warm and as an addition of me asking for opor chicken, krecek, tofu Bacem, and stir-fried papaya leaves. I just found out if in the warm menu can also be added to the stir-fried leaves papaya.

When eating it, I get a very tasty taste: legit and savory in one bribe. I haven't enjoyed a warm portion, so, when I eat it back I really enjoyed it. Besides rice, here also porridge is also provided. So later the names of gudeg porridge.

Indeed there is a typical person who prefers porridge rather than gudeg so, please choose what they are buyers want. After stressing my pores, I also paid 45,000 rupiah or equivalent to USD 2.83.
