Greetings to all, the recent Brawl had just completed almost a day ago and it's time to look at how PIZZA 2 did for the brawl as a guild, individually how each of the match went for me and the thoughts behind how I do up my lineup to face my opponent based on the rulesets. Also with the new brawl frays opening up, time to pick the fray for the next brawl. The guild still needs more people to join in so that we can fill up the frays accordingly in order for us to be in a better position for the brawl as the more frays filled means higher win chances when other guilds don't fully fill it.
Since the start of Rebellion introduction, I have now changed my Brawl Fray to Fray 4 for my guild which is the fray that uses only Chaos Legion and Rebellion Card. This is good for me because now that I play in modern for my daily battles, competing brawl in this format will be just like playing a normal rank battle. By participating in this particular fray, I will get exposed to more rulesets to refine my playing in daily rank matches. We have just completed an end of season and I've started to get cards hopefully I can have more flexibility in card selection for the next brawl. Let's get right on to the battles of the brawl that just went over.

With such a ruleset, the way to do it for me is to plant as many heavy attackers as possible and also put up additional protection from both Arkemis and also Ravenhood Warden in order to capitalize the weak magic. Added 2 big range attacker to strip off any armour from opponent to hit them directly onwards. |
| Outcome: | Win! This was a well drilled and well planned match. Though opponent had their own ideas. The protect was the key that helped us to sustain through and get the win. |

| Selection: | Close Range, Up to Eleven and Earthquake. With the knowing of expecting more flying cards, I played Night Reaper with Wingbreak together with Pelacor Bandit and also a Isgald Vorst, hoping to win with ease. |
| Outcome: | Lose. Night Reaper was shut by Tusk The Wide. Actually, in order to use Night Reaper Better, position is important and also opponent stripping the armour making it hard for me with Fina Voxom lurking and smashing all my low health cards. |

When being able to get something out to allow Trapp Falloway to strike from not the first position, that is the best thing to do, so this match, I can do this, which is a bonus. To help with sustainability, Ravenhood Warden is here to give protection. |
| Outcome: | Win! Trapp is the reason for this match winning. Being able to strike from within give it opportunity to grow and subsequently tear down opponent card with ease. |

| Selection: | Might makes right, Aim True and Born Again. For this, I decided to use 2 Gladius since it gains the most value upon something dying, so might as well have more. One key I wanted to plant early was for both Captain Katie and Prismologist to gain more value from the kills or weaken opponent. Marisol and Drybone Barbarian lead the front as they are design to pummel the opponent heavy. |
| Outcome: | Win! Glad to have secured the win with what I have planned in the lineup. I was surprised that opponent only fielded 2 cards though both cards have blood lust. A nice win to wrap the last match of brawl. |
Guild Final Tally
I am assigned 4 matches this brawl and managed to win 3 out of 4 of the matches (including 0 fleeing opponent). Additional wins cannot be seen right now due me missing out on capturing brawl report in time. The match that I lost, I really hope I will be able to get Fina Voxom soon. She is a really good card.
The guild once again fell to 5th position, a nice improvement from previous. To be honest, this Splinterguild app actually showcase how without filling sufficiently, true number of wins might not be enough to lift us off into better positions. So compared to rank 4, they probably have more members filling frays than us which is a pity for us. We have to be consistent to do well. Let's continue winning those matches.
Closing
Unfortunately, we dropped a single position in rankings but definitely we should still actively recruit to ensure higher chances of fray filling. If you have a shiny collection and able to commit to the brawls 2 times per week, we ask for you to join us and win brawls together as a guild. We are getting better in our participation already and getting better brawl rewards. Do check us out in the PIZZA discord and check with the guild officers to gain entry to the guild.
