Today I felt like opening a pack and since I've been more active in Soulkeep recently, I chose the Nightmare pack to be the pack I'm going to open today.
To be honest, I don't like opening packs because they depend on luck and when it comes to luck, I have none, but I remember when I played Splinterlands at the time when the Chaos Legion edition was released and I always felt like buying and opening packs to try my luck at getting very valuable cards and selling them. I remember that there were Gold Foil legendary cards that were worth hundreds of dollars and for that reason it was tempting to open the packs, but nowadays the cards have depreciated and a Gold Foil legendary card from the Chaos Legion edition usually costs less than 30 dollars, which is still a good value but it's not very exciting to get in the packs.
I ended up getting off topic a bit and as I mentioned before I chose the Nightmare pack to open today, I'm just going to buy 1 because I don't like buying packs and instead get the cards on the market so I don't have to rely on luck.
To buy my Nightmare pack I went to Hive Engine and paid 1.70 Swap.Hive for 1 pack.
My intention is not to build a collection in Soulkeep by opening packs, I just feel like it and want to have some fun opening 1 pack to test my luck.
After transferring my pack to my Splinterlands account I can open it and if you're wondering why it's for my Splinterlands account and not Soulkeep it's because Soulkeep assets are stored in Splinterlands, so to open the packs I just need to go to where the packs are in Splinterlands and there will be the Nightmare pack option.
In the Nightmare pack, the player also has the option of using alchemy potions and legendary potions.
- Alchemy potions will increase the chances of receiving Gold Foil cards.
- Legendary potions will increase the chances of receiving Legendary cards.
Since I have several alchemy potions and legendary potions, I won't need to spend anything buying them. Now I'm going to open the pack and see which cards I'll receive.
It seems like I was right to open packs today because I was lucky enough to get the Quad Killer Tower. It's the Tower I like to use the most in Soulkeep and it has a great value on the market, so opening this single pack gave me a good profit, but I'm not going to look at the cards because I'm going to use them to play and save on rent.
For those who are curious about the price of the Quad Killer, the lowest price for it currently on the market is $3.51 and the total price of the cards I got in this pack is $2.62 but this value is wrong because there are options for the Quad Killer for $2.44 but this value is for it with several BCXs so the price is usually lower, while a card with 1 BCX is more valuable.

Hoje eu sentir vontade de abrir pack e como recentemente eu estou mais ativo no jogo Soulkeep então escolhi o Nightmare pack para ser o pack que vou abrir hoje.

Minha intenção não é construir uma coleção em Soulkeep abrindo packs, só estou com vontade e quero me divertir um pouco abrindo 1 pack para testar a minha sorte.
Após transferir o meu pack para a minha conta em Splinterlands eu posso abrir ele e se você estiver se perguntando porque para a minha conta em Splinterlands e não Soulkeep é porque os ativos de Soulkeep são armazenados em Splinterlands, então para abrir os packs eu só preciso ir onde os packs ficam em Splinterlands e lá vai ter a opção do Nightmare pack.
No Nightmare pack o jogador também tem a opção de usar as poções de alquimia e as poções lendárias.
- As poções de alquimia vão aumentar as chances de receber cartas Gold Foil.
- As poções lendárias vão aumentar as chances de receber cartas Lendárias.
Como eu tenho várias poções de alquimia e poções lendárias eu não vou precisar gastar nada comprando elas, agora vou abrir o pack e ver quais cartas eu vou receber.
Parece que eu estava certo em abrir packs hoje porque tive a sorte de conseguir a Torre Quad Killer, ela é a Torre que mais gosto de utilizar em Soulkeep e ela possui um ótimo valor no mercado então abrir esse único pack me deu um bom lucro, mas eu não vou ver as cartas porque vou utilizar elas para jogar e economizar no aluguel.
Para aqueles que estiverem curiosos sobre o preço da Quad Killer, o menor preço dela atualmente no mercado é de $3.51 e o preço total das cartas que eu obtive nesse pack é de $2.62 mas esse valor esta errado porque existem opções da Quad Killer por $2.44 mas esse valor é dela com vários BCXs então o preço normalmente é menor, enquanto uma carta com 1 BCX é mais valiosa.
