Yesterday was the third day since Soulkeep was reset and my constant struggle to learn the best tactics continues. Unfortunately, I didn't participate in one of those three days because I had to deal with some family issues so I didn't have time, but I tried to make up for it today by playing a few times in tournament mode to perfect my techniques and achieve a better position on the leaderboard than I had on the first day.
After playing 3 times, the best position I could achieve was 54th, there's not much time left until the tournament ends so I can still drop a little in position and I think this time I'll be able to earn some SPS rewards because the previous tournament rewarded players from league 1 up to position 64.
15.1 SPS may seem like little but for a beginner like me it's better than nothing and it also helps me recover the investment I made renting Soulkeep cards, but I won't settle for low positions and I'll aim for the top.
My strategy remains the same and I will stay in league 1 for a while until I improve my game and while I do that I will buy as many Soul Boxes as I can, so I can move up to the next leagues more easily. The only problem with this strategy is that players in higher leagues can buy more Soul Boxes so I will end up falling behind but it is something I had in mind and I prefer to learn more about the game first and even in the lower leagues, as long as I get a good position I will still receive a good amount of SPS.
- For yesterday's tournament my strategy was as follows:
In the first wave I selected only the Quad Killer tower because I already knew it would be enough for this wave.
In the second wave in addition to the Quad Killer I placed Tarantula Loom to hinder the enemies' mobility, especially the epic monsters.
In the third wave I placed 1 more Tarantula Loom and used the Gear Grease spell to increase the Quad Killer's attack speed.
In the fourth wave I kept the same strategy because I didn't have enough mana so I just used the Gear Grease spell on the Quad Killer again.
In the fifth wave I intended to put the Shock Therapy tower but it ended up being blocked by the tournament rules in this wave so I had to put Searing Vision in its place as a guarantee because I thought my current towers wouldn't be enough.
In the sixth wave I managed to put 2 Shock Therapy and complete all the waves without losing any lives.
After going through the 6 waves I earned the right to go to a bonus round on a new map and this time there are 8 waves.
In the first wave I selected the Quad Killer tower first again but I wanted to save mana so I used only it and the Gear Grease spell but this strategy cost me some life points.
In the second wave I continued with only the Quad Killer but I upgraded it 2 times, I also used the Gear Grease spell again and managed to get through the wave without any difficulties.
In the third wave I managed to use Shock Therapy and I was able to get through without any problems.
In the fourth wave I used 3 Tarantula Looms to make it harder to move in the lower right corner because the Quad Killer could handle the other side, and I was able to get through this wave losing only 1 life point.
In the fifth wave I was finished because my left side wasn't strong enough so I ended up losing all my life points and faced defeat.
After this attempt I had to give up on the tournaments that day because my towers and spells had reached their limit so I'll leave them to use later in the next tournament. I'm also going to rent the heroine Celene because if I had had her in the waves, I probably would have achieved a better position.

Ontem foi o terceiro dia desde que Soulkeep foi resetado e minha constante luta para aprender as melhores táticas e continua. Infelizmente desses três dias um eu acabei não participando porque tive que resolver alguns problemas familiares então não tive tempo mas tentei compensar hoje jogando algumas vezes no modo torneio para aperfeiçoar minhas técnicas e conseguir alcançar uma posição na tabela de classificação melhor do que a que tive no primeiro dia.
Após jogar 3x a melhor posição que eu conseguir foi a 54, falta pouco tempo para o torneio acabar então ainda posso cair um pouco de posição e acho que dessa vez serei capaz de ganhar alguma recompensa SPS porque o torneio anterior a esse recompensou os jogadores da liga 1 até a posição 64.
15.1 SPS pode parecer pouco mas para um iniciante como eu é melhor do que nada e também já me ajuda a recuperar o investimento que fiz alugando as cartas de Soulkeep, mas não irei me contentar com posições baixas e irei almejar o topo.
Minha estratégia continua igual e irei permanecer por um tempo na liga 1 até me aperfeiçoar melhor no jogo e enquanto faço isso irei comprando o máximo de Soul Boxes que eu conseguir, assim posso subir para as próximas ligas com mais facilidade. O único problema dessa estratégia é que os jogadores de ligas mais altas conseguem comprar mais Soul Boxes então vou acabar ficando para trás mas já é algo que eu tinha em mente e prefiro aprender mais sobre o jogo primeiro e mesmo nas ligas mais baixas, desde que eu fique em uma boa posição ainda irei receber uma boa quantidade de SPS.
- Para o torneio de ontem a minha estratégia foi a seguinte:
Na primeira Wave eu selecionei apenas a torre Quad Killer porque já sabia que ela seria o suficiente para essa Wave.
Na segunda Wave além da Quad Killer eu coloquei Tarantula Loom para dificultar a mobilidade dos inimigos, principalmente dos monstros épicos.
Na terceira Wave eu botei mais 1 Tarantula Loom e usei o feitiço Gear Grease para aumentar a velocidade de ataque da Quad Killer.
Na quarta Wave eu mantive a mesma estratégia porque não tinha Mana o suficiente então apenas utilizei o feitiço Gear Grease na Quad Killer novamente.
Na quinta Wave eu tinha a intenção de botar a torre Shock Therapy mas ela acabou sendo bloqueada pela regra do torneio nessa Wave então tive que botar Searing Vision no lugar como garantia porque achei que as minhas torres atuais não seriam o suficiente.
Na sexta Wave eu conseguir botar 2 Shock Therapy e concluir todas as Waves sem perder nenhuma vida.
Depois de passar pelas 6 Waves eu ganhei o direito de ir para um rodada bônus em um novo mapa e dessa vez são 8 waves.
Na primeira Wave eu selecionei a torre Quad Killer primeiro novamente mas queria economizar mana então usei apenas ela e o feitiço Gear Grease mas essa estratégia me custou alguns pontos de vida.
Na segunda Wave eu continuei apenas com a Quad Killer mas fiz 2 upgrades nela, também usei o feitiço Gear Grease novamente e conseguir passar da Wave sem dificuldades.
Na terceira Wave eu conseguir botar uma Shock Therapy e conseguir passar sem dificuldades também.
Na quarta Wave eu botei 3 Tarantula Loom para dificuldade a mobilidade no canto inferior direito porque a Quad Killer conseguia lidar com o outro lado, conseguir passar dessa Wave perdendo apenas 1 ponto de vida.
Na quinta Wave o meu fim chegou porque o meu lado esquerdo não estava forte o suficiente então acabei perdendo todos os meus pontos de vida e encarei a derrota.
Após essa tentativa eu tive que desistir dos torneios nesse dia porque minhas torres e feitiços tinham chegado no limite então vou deixar para usar elas depois no próximo torneio, também vou alugar a heroína Celene porque se eu tive ela nas Waves, provavelmente teria alcançado uma posição melhor.
