Also I feel like roles sef dey cause this wahala Software engineering roles should cover anything software… if them call you backend engineer but for job description them put build websites, you apply(nobody force you apply) and you are building websites you can’t ble anybody can you?

What I'm saying is that one should see Backend guys like that, not someone doing CRUD. But like those who solves those problems.
Backend involves a lot of problems, if you want to hire , you probably need a few front-end, and more people for Backend depending on your project complexity.
