My Ideal Features in a New Device

Hello community, First time here. I had to join when I saw a post regarding the prompt for this week. Thanks for having me.

Before now, I would always say that I had little or no idea about gadgets. Whenever I need a new gadget I would always call my friends to help me decide because I am so indecisive. Most times they pick for me according to their preference. They would want to get an iPhone because it is what everyone uses, or maybe get a specific Android phone because the iPhone battery isn’t so strong.

Most times they would decide but in the end, it’s the amount of money that I have that would finally decide what gadget I can get. I didn’t know much about gadgets especially phones because I just use them for chatting or maybe calling. I do not take many pictures either.

Well, things changed for me last year when I wanted to get a phone. I had to look out for several specifications first. I had lots of things to do with my phone, such as Hive, school work, and also taking pictures. I suddenly became a girl that love taking pictures of random things. Anything that catches my attention, I bring out my phone to take a picture.

So when I was about to change my phone, I realized that two things were important to me which are my phone storage and my camera quality. I didn’t have enough money to get an iPhone because I know that when it comes to camera quality, the iPhone has really good camera quality but I was also made to realize that the storage capacity gets filled up easily. Also when it comes to most iPhones, the battery isn’t strong as you always get to see most iPhone users with power banks attached to them because of the low battery life.

I want to get a Google Pixel product because my friend uses one and the camera is very good, it has a nice storage capacity well depending on the type you want, and then the battery is also strong. But the price I was told pushed me away because I didn’t have enough money but I wanted the best for myself.

I had to call my friend who is good with gadgets and I told him my specifications and also my budget for the phone. Gadgets these days are very expensive especially when you have the desired specifications in mind. You want the best you have to have enough money to purchase the best. Finally, I settled for a Redmi 13C, the camera is great and the storage is good cause I settled for a storage of 128GB, also it has a good battery that lasts me for a long time.

If I am to get a new phone, I will still look out for camera quality, storage, and also Battery life. I will want to save a lot so I can afford a good phone with these specifications. I would not want to get a phone that the storage would get filled easily and I would have no choice but to be deleting things and then have my programs run very slow because that was the issue I had with my last phone. My programs took time to come up and it was difficult for me till I changed it.

phone storage is one of the most important thing i look out for. Low storage is a deal breaker for me

it is really frustrating especially when you need space for important things and can not delete other important things
