Hello to all the people who live in this wonderful community of @amazingdrinks, today sharing with you a super refreshing, healthy drink, with great vitality and that helps a lot with the immune system; Because the combination of these three ingredients enhances our body and its defenses, keep reading and you will see what it is about: healthy carrot, beet and ginger drink.
- 1 zanahoria.
- 1 betabel.
- 1 cuchara de jengibre fresco.
- 1 ó 2 vasos con agua fría.
Lavamos y cortamos la piel de los tres ingredientes. Luego cortamos en trozos pequeños para que cuando se mezclen la licuadora sea mucho más fácil de procesar.
For that super natural drink that many like, use the following ingredients:
- 1 carrot.
- 1 beet.
- 1 spoon of fresh ginger.
- 1 or 2 glasses with cold water.
We wash and cut the skin of the three ingredients. Then we cut it into small pieces so that when they are mixed in the blender it will be much easier to process.
We put all the ingredients including the water in the blender, and then process for a maximum of a minute or two. The color it takes is incredible, it doesn't need any sugar because the carrot and beet contain the necessary amount of sugar. This drink is very healthy to start the day or as a snack.
After mixing in the blender, we add the mixture through a strainer, we will have the drink ready, cold, delicious to drink at once and with the part that remains in the strainer we can make cakes, like salads or simply eat it as a snack; since it is also something natural and helps the intestine and because it is rich in fiber.
And this is my drink to start the day, I recommend it every morning because it has a lot of B complex and is rich in fiber; In addition, ginger helps strengthen our immune system and this prevents us from having mood deficiencies and is an explosive and vitamin bomb for our system; In addition, it helps raise our defenses and protects us from other diseases such as colds, among others.
