Last Friday I went to an MTV 00's themed event here in my town. The bands that performed included a Blink-182 cover band, a Linkin Park cover band, two others playing emo hits from the golden era of MTV, and Broken Pieces, an Evanescence cover band.
These photos I took at the festival are of the last band I mentioned. It was the first time I had seen them perform, and they had completely won my heart. I was blown away - in a good way - by their sound quality and the singer's voice. She was incredibly pitch perfect and sounded so much like Amy Lee! Honestly, if I had closed my eyes, I could have imagined myself at an Evanescence concert.

Na última sexta-feira fui a um evento aqui na minha cidade com o tema MTV 00's. As bandas que se apresentaram por lá foram uma cover de Blink 182, uma de Linkin Park, duas com hits emos da época de ouro da MTV e a Broken Pieces, que é cover de Evanescence.
Essas fotos que fiz no festival são exatamente dessa última banda que mencionei. Foi a primeira que os assisti e ganharam muito o meu coração. Fiquei chocada - no bom sentido - com a qualidade sonora e a voz da vocalista. Extremamente afinada e muito, muito parecida com a Amy Lee! Juro, se fechasse os olhos, dava pra imaginar que eu estava em um show do Evanescence.
