Today, during a visit to my aunt and uncle’s house, I came across this impressive scene. The hen, majestic and firm, like a giant protector of her little chicks.

While the chicks cautiously explore the new world around them, she remains vigilant, with a posture of strength and security.

I was fascinated by the contrast in size and the sense of care she conveys.

This is my entry in the @PhotoFeed Contest, with the theme Wildlife Photography, for round 87.

Hoje, durante uma visita à casa dos meus tios, me deparei com esta cena impressionante. A galinha, majestosa e firme, como uma gigante protetora de seus pequenos pintinhos.

Enquanto os filhotes exploram cautelosamente o novo mundo ao redor, ela permanece atenta, com uma postura de força e segurança.

Fiquei fascinada com o contraste de tamanhos e o sentido de cuidado que ela transmite.
