My bicycle and I have a unique romance. This romance started about four years ago when I was a little sick and the doctor told me that you cannot ride a motorcycle but should make walking and cycling a habit in your life. So I started riding a bicycle at that time because when I started riding a bicycle, I was riding a bicycle after about 15 to 20 years and it was very difficult for me to ride a bicycle, but it was also a compulsion. When I rode a bicycle for a month, I felt that my health was recovering and I was feeling good and my food was also digesting well. Similarly, very good changes are taking place in my life. So this romance between me and my bicycle has been going on for four years now. If I do not ride a bicycle every morning, I do not enjoy the day and in the same way, I walk, take a morning walk and along with the walk, the romance with the bicycle also continues. This life is a romance if we use this romance correctly. If we do this and make this romance a part of our lives, we can get rid of all our troubles and even get rid of diseases.
Cycling has brought many changes to my life. The biggest change is my health. My health has improved a lot. The biggest improvement in my health is that I used to walk with great difficulty earlier and when I walked, I would get short of breath and that is why I developed heart disease and then I had a heart bypass surgery and the doctor told me not to ride a motorcycle but to walk. Walking is much better for you and if you think it is appropriate, then buy a bike. When you ride a bike, it is also very useful for you. So I stopped riding a motorcycle and slowly started walking and in the same way I also started riding a bike. When I first started riding a bike, it was very difficult for me because I was riding a bike after almost 20 years and I started riding a bike after 20 years. So, within about two to three months, I practiced and exercised well and now I don't feel any difficulty in cycling. First of all, I restored my health and I understand that when it is severe winter, when a person walks, the body feels warm and this heat is good for health. But in severe summer, I don't cycle because the sun is very strong and the human body heats up due to the sun. So, on normal days, I cycle for about seven months of the year and walk every day, due to which my health is recovering very well.
Bicycle has now become a part of my life. On the day I don't ride a bicycle, I don't enjoy it. Both cycling and walking go hand in hand. Understand that this is a handkerchief of me and the bicycle. This romance is something I want to last a lifetime because romance is with something that pleases the heart. Whatever pleases the heart is called love and romance is also called romance. We never romance with things that harm us or are not beneficial to us. So I believe that my romance is my health, my life, and my passion, my passion, and I will continue to pursue this passion as long as my life lasts or I get the opportunity. I believe that we have become victims of many diseases today and these diseases are because we have become very convenient. We have become very indulgent and want to live a very luxurious life. If we simplify our lives and adopt simplicity in our lives, become a man of walking, use vehicles as little as possible, and We should walk at least five to six kilometers every day and this walk will maintain our health very well.
Today, when I walked and reached the bank of the canal, I thought, why don't I take some pictures with my bicycle today, why don't I take a selfie with myself so that this memory remains preserved and whenever I see these pictures, I remember that I took these pictures with my bicycle in the morning because if there is one thing that has become part of your life, then you should take a selfie with it. I have shared many selfies with you here before and today's special selfies I am taking in the name of my bicycle because this bicycle has given me health and because of this bicycle, a person spends his day happily and cheerfully. And I will say this: if you are sick, if you have any heart issue, if you are short of breath, if you cannot walk, then you should slowly start cycling. Bicycle is a good friend, bicycle is a good doctor, bicycle is a good medicine that will always keep you healthy. It will keep you cheerful and will increase your life. Your age will increase because Allah Almighty has given us hands and feet and Allah has given us hands so that we can walk and run with them and if we do not walk or use them properly then we will fall prey to many diseases so in this way cycling also exercises our feet it also exercises our stomach it also exercises our brain and even when I cycle in extreme cold then after 40 minutes of cycling I start sweating and this sweating is a sign of health.
Today, sitting on the bank of the canal, I and my bicycle have talked a lot. I thanked the bicycle and then I happily took selfies with my bicycle. You can see how happy my bicycle is smiling and I am happy too. Similarly, if you look at the surrounding environment, nature is also spreading beautiful colors. Today, I have talked with my bicycle while sitting on the bank of the canal and these talks were happy talks, thanking each other so that this journey continues and my bicycle remains with me forever. This is the life that we have to spend while walking with the bicycle because life is a name of beautiful moments and if we want to make our beautiful moments even more beautiful, we have to give importance to everything in our life, we have to tell people about its usefulness and include these things in our life too.
I have taken all these pictures with my mobile and all these pictures are very dear to me. I love them very much because I have taken these pictures with my bicycle. When a person loves something and gives importance to something, then its importance should be real. Its importance should not be because I am in love with it today and tomorrow it will not be. So this love of ours, this romance of the bicycle, remains permanent. This is my prayer.
