Bye.

I don't remember when I saw this movie for the first time, but I do remember watching it so many times that I almost learned the dialogues by heart... Atlantis and The Lost Empire is undoubtedly one of my favorite 2D animated movies, not long ago I saw it again and I felt like doing a Review with my opinions and so on... so, let's start.

Atlantis and the Lost Empire A movie released in 2002 and being one of the best 2D productions of that time, the main genre of the movie would be action and exploration... but, I don't see it that way at all.

One of the main problems I have had for some time with the movie is the fact that its genre is not well defined and it constantly changes from being a movie about exploration and discovery, to one about love and then a kind of war for a seemingly immeasurable power... leaving that aside if you just watch the movie without thinking too much about it, it is really entertaining.

Its characters... really has a vast amount of characters, each one of them with quite marked personalities, to the point of being able to consider some of them as a reference or satire in the good sense of the word, Milo James Thatch the main character of the movie a bookworm that never ceased to surprise me with his attitude and charisma (especially at the end of the movie), Kidagakash 'Kida' a princess daughter of daddy and rebellious at the same time, my favorite character of the movie Audrey Rocio Ramirez a mechanic with childish features and an attitude that more than once makes me curl.

I could spend the whole time giving my opinions about the movie, but I want to be concise about it, no matter what age you are or who you watch it with, I will always recommend this movie because the values it conveys and the way it is presented can be digested by anyone who likes a good story... and, without a doubt it is better than any movie Disney has released since 2010.

If you have not seen the movie, I hope you give it a chance and if you have already seen it I hope you can share your opinion of it, With this I say goodbye and I hope to see you in a next POST.... Bye.
