When you are ready to rule your own world you will know by your consistent rejection of being told what to do by people that have no authority over you.
Yes, they think they have authority, you likely do, too, but the facts are, you are a free, sovereign individual endowed by the creator with exactly the same 'authority' to rule over others as everybody else, none.
