I am having coffee right now, it's not as exciting as yours though XD

Sorry to hear about the chronic pain flareup, they suck. How desperately do the chores need to be done? Unless they're not the type of chores (or it's not the type of pain) that would cause another flare?

Are you feeling obligated to respond rather than wanting to respond?

Sort:

The pain was a flu-like body ache combined with brain fog and fatigue, likely resulting from my hypothyroid disease. There's just no gas in the tank, so to speak.

There's a popular perception, although of dubious rational and legal support, that "silence is consent." Most of the current mainstream opposition to Biden, like the prior similar to the majority of the mainstream opposition to Trump, seems to come from shallow partisanship rather than deep moral and philosophical principles. Dissection of both parts of the partisan bickering feels like a necessity. I don't delude myself into thinking I can change the conversation, but I know there are people out there looking for something better. I was once one of them. That is part of why I must speak. Another part is the perverse way I see self-professed Christians treating the modern incarnation of Roman bread and circuses as equivalent to Christian charity, or even the miracle of loaves and fishes. Another major problem is praising the modern Roman legions waging war against peaceful people. My soul cries out at this distortion as churches continue to pray the war prayer for the last two decades.

EDIT: No one seems to have topping suggestions, but I am handing out !PIZZA anyway.

I'm generally too scared to make food suggestions when I'm vaguely aware that there might be intolerances because I'll feel bad if I suggest something they can't eat XD

I know it's kinda dumb

You're doing and saying stuff, taking breaks every so often is probably not a bad idea.

I remember many years ago having a go at someone who was saying something about bringing peace with a sword (I am almost certain I said it was counterproductive, and I can't remember but there is a non-zero chance I may have also said it was stupid) and got screamed at for being anti-religious or something.

I am accustomed to finding alternatives and substitutes if a suggestion strikes me as worth trying, but violates my diet.

The pompous Pharisees and the militant Zealots hated Christ, so don't be too surprised if you face opposition. Just don't be afraid to test their arguments against reason and scripture before dismissing them.
