In a Supportive Community, Creativity Abounds

In my previous post I showcased photos about a fleece to fiber class I attended at the folk school. In that post, I had mentioned that all the students from the various classes would showcase their work at a show and tell on Friday evening.

It was a rather long post of photos, so I wanted to share the work of others to show examples of the quality of work the other students put out during their 5-day classes. Enjoy!

Here's a photo of a lovely garden that was just outside our building where the fiber classes are held. It's one of my favorite gardens at the school.

The print making class was AMAZING! They would carve out the design that they then used to make a print that you see in the photos. Not as easy as you might think.

Mosaic tile work. I am always stunned at the level of artistry by all the students.

The show and tell is in a big room that doesn't have the best lighting plus everyone is trying to get a photo and talk about their work or asking questions. It can get quite hectic.

Thanks for stopping by!!!
