I moved into my house a little under 2 months ago and i am still unpacking but i found my camera and lenses so i decided to take a quick 200m walk to the promenade and snap a few pics with my dslr with my old Canon 100d with a 75-300mm lens. These images where all shot at the North end of town within a 3 meter radius.
This image looks down the promenade into the town and you can see the tower entrance of where the victorian used to be.
Panning to left a little and these outcrop of rocks is one of the sea defenses to stop coastal erosion on the east coast, it also seperates the north beach from the main tourist beach.
Another pan to the left and you are viewing the North sea, there is a myriad of wind turbines and a few gas rigs out there, the ships you mainly see here are small fishing vessels but you do see cargo and tankers pass every so often. If you travelled in a straight line you would end up in the Netherlands.
The last image i shot was looking to the North, the wind was picking up and i was getting cold so i made this my last image, i hope to get images of some of the bigger ships in the near future and post some astro images shot from my other modded Canon 600d.
