Here we go! A quick post with some small recaps, as well as some plans for the upcoming year! I've noticed one thing: whenever I say something here, I tend to follow through and make it happen. So, perhaps it would be worth setting some personal goals, as well as goals for the chain.
Last year was incredibly eventful. I truly feel it was a year where I sacrificed a lot of time and created some of the most valuable things for Hive.
I'd like to do a recap of the projects and things I worked on.
- The time in Ghana and the documentary I worked on: This was undoubtedly the most important project of the year. The Ghana documentary, "Water Direct", which was completed with the huge help of @mcsamm, is still awaiting its film festival debut. I’m hoping to make the full film available for viewing this year for sure.

- I spent some time at @krolestwo, helping to create a planner alongside @hallmann, as well as trying to convince @valueplan that investing in physical spaces was worthwhile. The idea was to take a chance on a pilot project, allowing the space to prove that it could continue operating with Hive Support. I truly believe this acceleration was a huge boost for @krolestwo, and now the space is thriving, offering so much more than ever before.
- Visiting Talent Land in Málaga was an incredible experience—meeting people from all around the world, spreading the word about Hive, and capturing some short highlights. I truly believe we should make the most of this conference in the future, as it's a fantastic opportunity for Hive and offers great networking potential! I hope to attend again this year with an even stronger delegation.
- Attending Hive Fest is always an amazing experience! Meeting people and feeling the true energy of the community is unforgettable. As always, I do my best to capture those moments and share the vibe with everyone.
- I created a YouTube channel dedicated to all things Hive, which is gradually being filled with shorts. It's a great tool for everyone to use and stay updated with Hive-related content!

- There were a few smaller tasks I worked on, but overall, I can confidently say that the past year was filled with hard work and was almost entirely dedicated to Hive activities. It was definitely an upgrade from before—I'm no longer just in the space, but actively contributing to it.
2025 is surely going to be packed with activities and projects I want to pursue with/for Hive, but there's also a lot I want to do separately. I hope to eventually integrate the Hive ecosystem into those as well. After many years in the crypto space, I can say it's quite a ride—sometimes it’s hard to tell if things make sense, but if you approach it with an attitude of "I don't give a damn, I need a purpose," then some amazing things will come up. I truly believe in just doing things and being yourself.
