Well last week I accidently booked this lovely Inn and spa for the wrong day through Travala, so here we are staying here once again, but this time is different because the wife and I actually have a home to go back to this time, we moved in to an apartment two days ago, woot woot!
The wife was just chilling out on the bed relaxing after our meal and I decided to go out for a walk.
As I walked through the grounds of the Benmiller Inn And Spa, the air was filled with the scent of fresh rain and the sounds of birds chirping in the distance, one of the birds got caught by a racoon, who will have a good meal. The weather was gloomy and rainy, but it only added to the enchanting atmosphere of the place.
I decided to walk to the River Mill, a historic building that had been converted into a swimming pool area and a few rooms. As I approached the mill, I could hear the sound of the water rushing over rocks in the Maitland River. The sight of the old building was truly magical.
I was tempted to hop in the pool, but I forgot to bring my swimming trunks. Instead, I decided to simply admire the beauty of the place. The sound of the water cascading over the rocks was soothing, and I felt a sense of peace wash over me.
As I stood there, taking in the sights and sounds of the River Mill. I couldn't help but feel grateful for the moment. The rain may be dreary but it only served to make the experience more memorable. I felt like I was in a fairy tail, surrounded by beauty and tranquility.
I took a deep breath, inhaling the fresh, clean air, then all of a sudden a blue heron flew by, it flew to fast for me to take a photo of it though!
The walk back to my room was very nice, full of lush greenery and rivers, full of magic and wonder. although my shorts kept on falling down, because I have lost too much weight.
I chilled out in the gazebo for a bit, to take a break from the rain
Then I made it back to my room to watch some tv with the wife
