The pier at the fort Good Morning, I hope your week is going well Today I am going to share a few shots of what I call the pier at Fort Taber here in New Bedford MA, the fort is a spot I often visit, whether to walk around the old fort there, do some light painting before the sun starts to rise, or catch the sunrise from on the beach inthe park, but whenever i am there I always end up Sony A7iv 17mm F11 13 Sec ISO 100 And now one from on the beach, a spot I find so calming inthe early morning,, often very few people there, maybe soem fishing at the end of the pier, but it so quiet and peaceful and the counds of the waves rolling in is so calming for me Sony A7iv 17mm F811 1.3 Sec ISO 100 Standing on the pier and looking out on it, now strictly speaking is it a pier, I'm not sure so I looked it up a platform supported on pillars or girders leading out from the shore into a body of water, used as a landing stage for boats. My friends and I often spend time waiting for dusk at the city center reservoir. This is a spot to enjoy the sunset in my city, the reservoir that was inaugurated by the Governor of Aceh in 2011 has changed the face of the city that used to be a slum, now it is quite neatly arranged in the area. In addition to being a reservoir and water control during the rainy season, the reservoir is also a source of livelihood for local fishermen. There are so many fish cages that are used for freshwater fish cultivation, so it is not surprising that while waiting for the sunset, the passing of fishing boats is a special attraction ...

So this is the famous ‘The Blue House’ of Anglesey; tour bussed to fuck and now hopefully forgotten.
