DEPRESSION: A STORY IN THE WORLD OF MY DREAM

Looking into the sky very early in the morning to see what it brings but couldn't find anything less than sorrow,hopelessness,sadness, rejection and regret.

Thinking about how i felt i shouldn't have been born into this world at all rather than facing a lot of difficulties that i can't even handle but what can i do, i am in this world already i just have to live the by mistakes i have made,live by what the world have objected around me and now i don't even know who i am again i have lost myself and my identity. i can only see a shadow of myself which is so devastating, hearing voices i can't help in my head to shut down the world. I love to be alone because i felt that is the safest place to be. I avoided people and social gathering because i felt i shouldn't be seen among others, smiling but in pains of bad experiences. I lost my voice to speak up in occasions because i felt my voice do not need to be heard.

All these are my thoughts during the days when i was depressed but guess what! i am now free from the shackles of depression and so also can you be.

DEPRESSION is a mental state of health, whereby the mind is disorganized and disrupted as a result of an event, occurrence, happening or a situation that got the whole attention of an individual there by causing a shift the normal way of life of an individual, bringing in sadness, restlessness and hopelessness.

   **Bold**CAUSES OF DEPRESSION 

Depression has no specific source as it cause may range from various activities, happenings and situations that surrounds an individual. Meanwhile, depression has no age limit as it is not peculiar to a particular age range.

  **Bold**SOLUTION TO DEPRESSION
  1. Admit that you need help because depression is not what you can get freed from by yourself all alone.

  2. Try speaking up to people who you know can be of help to getting out of your current state of mind.

  3. Be determined to be free by forgiving your past or what led you into being depressed.

  4. Watch and listen to audios and videos that can motivate your thinking out of negativity.

  5. Speak positive words to yourself and lastly, surround yourself with positive people.
    I'm sure all these will contribute to bringing a depressed person back on the feet.
    Don't keep quiet because the world is waiting for your manifestation. In a world where nobody is there, stand up to your feet and defeat your fears. You never can tell, someone's life might be hinged on you so you need to get to the top to tell the story.

There are some people who doesn't have any friends (No worries. I have great friends).

There is the only thing that you can do: Pray.

If you open up your heart to God that always listen to our prayers, He will give you comfort in His own ways.

It works for me all the time.
