It appears that your HIQ curation bot has been exploited by circle voting rings to farm Hive's reward pool.

They use commands on each other spamming the commands on their posts and comments:

circle voting ring farming the pool with HIQ commands called on each other. Comment spamming each other to get votes on posts and comments.
