During the last week, we made a new report to check the deposit & withdrawal behaviors of HIVE-ENGINE users. The report revealed that we need to expand our services of the lowest fee discounted bridge more widely.
(To create this report, we developed a backend script that could retrieve data from the DB end & additionally, we used Google Sheet features to create graphical interfaces (charts) & uploaded all reports to a Google drive).
[Previously we used Microsoft Excel charts, but it seems like Google sheets are performing better than them].

We found some interesting details of the total largest swapped users' (@toni.point) of the bridge compared to other discounted bridge swaps.
After all, everything can be seen at the Hive & Hive-Engine blockchains (a ledger of the account). Therefore, no one can cheat the system & refund process is also automated. (We do manual refunds if automated refund process fails).
