My first experience at a RE/MAX event was quite interesting and full of learning. From the moment we arrived, everything was very well organized and thought to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
The first thing we did when we arrived was to enjoy a great breakfast. The table was full of choices: fresh fruits, breads, pastries, juices and coffee. It was the kind of breakfast that gives you energy to start the day on the right foot. While we were eating, we took the opportunity to chat and get to know each other a bit more. It was a good time to relax and get ready for the activities to come.
After breakfast, we had the privilege of listening to Claudio Zuchovicki, a very well known economist. His lecture on finance and the course of the economy was really impressive. Claudio has a way of explaining things that makes everything seem clearer, accessible and very dynamic. He talked to us about current economic trends, how they affect our work and strategies to better manage our finances. It was a very enriching talk and left us with a lot to think about.
After Claudio's talk, we had a break. It was a good opportunity to stretch our legs, have a coffee and process all the information we had received. We also took the opportunity to continue talking and sharing our impressions about what we had learned.
After the break, we continued with a team talk. In this part of the event, we focused on looking at the numbers for the first half of the year. The idea was to see where we stood and how we could improve. We reviewed our goals, our achievements and the areas where we needed to work more. It was a very useful session because it allowed us to have a clear vision of our situation and to better plan our next steps.
At the end of the team talk, it was time for lunch. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from. It was another time to relax, talk and enjoy a good time together. Lunch was not only a nice break, but also an opportunity to further strengthen the bonds between us.
After lunch, we had a final session with a speaker who provided us with very good and useful data for our work. However, I must admit that his presentation was a bit monotonous and boring. Despite the quality of the information, his way of speaking did not manage to keep our attention at all. Still, we tried to get as much out of the data he shared as possible.
My first RE/MAX event was very positive. From breakfast to the last talk, everything was very well organized and full of valuable content. Claudio Zuchovicki's talks. Also, it was an excellent opportunity to get to know my colleagues better and strengthen our team spirit.
Despite the last presentation being a bit boring, the overall event left me with a feeling of having learned a lot and being more prepared to face the challenges of our work. I certainly look forward to attending future RE/MAX events and continuing to grow both professionally and personally.

Mi primer experiencia en un evento de RE/MAX fue bastante interesante y llena de aprendizajes. Desde que llegamos, todo estuvo muy bien organizado y pensado para hacernos sentir bienvenidos y cómodos.
Lo primero que hicimos al llegar fue disfrutar de un gran desayuno. La mesa estaba llena de opciones: frutas frescas, panes, facturas, jugos y café. Era el tipo de desayuno que te da energía para empezar el día con el pie derecho. Mientras comíamos, aprovechamos para charlar y conocernos un poco más entre nosotros. Fue un buen momento para relajarse y prepararse para las actividades que venían.
Después del desayuno, tuvimos el privilegio de escuchar a Claudio Zuchovicki, un economista muy reconocido. Su clase de finanzas y sobre el curso de la economía fue realmente impresionante. Claudio tiene una forma de explicar las cosas que hace que todo parezca más claro, accesible y muy dinamica. Nos habló de las tendencias económicas actuales, de cómo afectan a nuestro trabajo y de estrategias para manejar mejor nuestras finanzas. Fue una charla muy enriquecedora y nos dejó con muchas cosas en qué pensar.
Luego de la charla de Claudio, tuvimos un break. Fue una buena oportunidad para estirar las piernas, tomar un café y procesar toda la información que habíamos recibido. También aprovechamos para seguir conversando y compartiendo nuestras impresiones sobre lo que habíamos aprendido.
Después del break, continuamos con una charla de equipo. En esta parte del evento, nos enfocamos en ver los números del primer semestre. La idea era saber dónde estábamos parados y cómo podíamos mejorar. Revisamos nuestras metas, los logros alcanzados y las áreas en las que necesitábamos trabajar más. Fue una sesión muy útil porque nos permitió tener una visión clara de nuestra situación y planificar mejor nuestros próximos pasos.
Al terminar la charla de equipo, llegó la hora del almuerzo. La comida fue deliciosa y hubo una gran variedad de platos para elegir. Fue otro momento para relajarnos, conversar y disfrutar de un buen rato juntos. La comida no solo fue una pausa agradable, sino también una oportunidad para seguir fortaleciendo los lazos entre nosotros.
Después del almuerzo, tuvimos una última sesión con un orador que nos proporcionó datos muy buenos y útiles para nuestro trabajo. Sin embargo, debo admitir que su presentación fue un poco monótona y aburrida. A pesar de la calidad de la información, su manera de hablar no lograba mantener nuestra atención del todo. Aun así, tratamos de sacar el mayor provecho posible de los datos que compartió.
Mi primer evento de RE/MAX fue muy positiva. Desde el desayuno hasta la última charla, todo estuvo muy bien organizado y lleno de contenido valioso. Las charlas de Claudio Zuchovicki. Además, fue una excelente oportunidad para conocer mejor a mis compañeros y fortalecer nuestro espíritu de equipo.
A pesar de la última presentación un poco aburrida, el evento en general me dejó con una sensación de haber aprendido mucho y de estar más preparado para enfrentar los desafíos de nuestro trabajo. Sin duda, espero con ansias poder asistir a futuros eventos de RE/MAX y seguir creciendo tanto profesional como personalmente.
