These are very good photos of the country house of some friends that is very special and which I have a special love for them because they are people whose life is a good intention. Friendly people, who make food conscientiously and a farm conscientiously too.
When we met them with Meli and Tomi, they were 2 years ago in their house that they had bought and with a lot of effort they were making their little house very simple and very nice. I remember when we met for the first time, they were at the entrance of their house drinking some mates and looking at part of their vegetable garden, which at that time was in front of their house, and the rest was just a field and wire fence.
As time went by, we became friends. When they started they wanted to have a vegetable garden, and they wanted it to be organic. At that time they wanted something more experimental, more of a change of life. They both had freelance jobs and earned very well so they wanted that for their life. We became friends. I was contacting them with people I knew and in the field and they were learning a lot, we were interacting more and more until we became friends.
This desire to change their lives got better and better and with time they migrated to leave their jobs and wanted to dedicate themselves only to the change. So they extended their land by buying other plots of land and they also incorporated animals that they did not have before. They put a chicken coop that they used to sell eggs, and also for the hens to collaborate with the crops, with their manure, with their claws, with everything they can do, they take care of in a natural way, they eat bugs, they fertilize the soil, etc.
Time went on and the family grew, now instead of being just the two of them with a couple of hens, there are 4 and a huge garden, very diverse where everything is related, animals, insects, plants and a whole ecosystem.
Then came Eric, the beautiful fur ball that chases the chickens and seems to be herding the cattle haha, and also Betu the dog with two-colored eyes that, he doesn't care about the chickens, he only cares about running after the girls and Tomi. Today they are referents of biodynamic vegetables without pesticides and in limited quantities.
We help each other a lot and we share not only experience but also clients because we started to work together on some foods and we are trying to spread the word in the field to get out of monocultures which is something that destroys the land and makes the land dry and destroyed as it happens in Europe today.

Estas fotos son muy buenas de la casa de campo de unos amigos que es muy especial y la cual les tengo un amor especial porque son gente que su vida es una buena intención. Gente amiga, que hace alimentos a conciencia y que y una granja a conciencia también.
Cuando nos conocimos ellos con Meli y Tomi, ellos estaban hace 2 años en su casa que habían comprado y con mucho esfuerzo se fueron haciendo su casita muy simple y muy bonita. Me acuerdo cuando nos vimos por primera vez, ellos estaban en la entrada de su casa tomando unos mates y mirando parte de su huerta que en ese momento la tenían de frente a su casa. y el resto no era más que campo y alambrado.
Con el tiempo de vernos nos fuimos haciendo amigos. Ellos cuando comenzaron querían tener una huerta, y quieren que sea orgánica. En ese momento ellos querían algo más bien experimental más bien un cambio de vida. Tenían sus trabajos free lance ambos y ganaban muy bien entonces querían eso para su vida. Nos fuimos haciendo amigos. Los fui contactando con gente conocida y del campo y fueron aprendiendo mucho, fuimos interactuando cada vez más hasta hacernos amigos.
Esas ganas de cambio de vida fueron mejorando cada vez un poco más y con el tiempo fueron migrando para dejar sus laburos y querían dedicarse solamente al cambio. Entonces extendieron sus terrenos comprando otras parcelas y además fueron incorporando animales que antes no tenían. Pusieron un gallinero que lo usaban para comercializar huevos, y además para que las gallinas colaboren con los cultivos, con su abono con sus garras con todo lo que ellas pueden hacer cuidan de forma natural, se comen bichos, abonan la tierra etc.
Siguió pasando el tiempo y se agrandó la familia, ahora en vez de ser solo ellos dos con un par de gallinas, son 4 y una huerta enorme, muy diversa en donde todo se relaciona, animales, insectos, plantas y todo un ecosistema.
Después vino Eric, la bola de pelos esa hermosa que persigue las gallinas y parece que arrea el ganado haha, y tambien Betu el perro de ojos bicolores que, él no le da importancia a las gallinas, el solo le importa correr atrás de las chicas y de Tomi. Hoy son referentes de los vegetales biodinámicos sin agrotóxicos y en cantidades limitadas.
Nos ayudamos mucho y compartimos no solamente experiencia sino también clientes porque empezamos a trabajar en conjunto en algunos alimentos y estamos tratando de divulgar la palabra en el campo para salir de los monocultivos que es algo que destruye la tierra y hace que la tierra se seque y se destruya como pasa en Europa hoy día.
