Every human in their life has to go though a single inevitable phase where one is afraid of something and doesn't involve in doing that specific thing. These kind of things needs a gentle touch of challenge to it's limits. The main problem with facing our fears is to first we need to get out of our comfort zone which we created for a single purpose of pleasant stay. When we step out of our comfort zone then there awaits a distinguished challenge and a scope for growth exists side by side.

For every aspect that needs to be addressed, first it needs to be acknowledged and analysing the situation when, where and how it happened. Half of your fears loses it's power when we acknowledge it and accept it. Once it is identified, then it will become temporary and seems to be surpassing instead of a permanent one. For example batman main power is making the criminals believe that he doesn't exists but he does making the criminals fear in superstition. Likewise, once we can see what we are afraid of and accepts it, the fear will get weak.

Instead of facing your innermost worst fear all at once, take some time and face it bit by bit and doable things. Small steps leads to large distances. These progression of starting small and finishing big, will boost the confidence in us and could make us handle our fears most efficiently. Once a relative of mine told me about my communication skills, if you have stage fear, start with one person to give your speech and progress from there to two, three and a group of people. The same way of approach will apply to everything and starting small and at the end the finish line is your improvement.

Even in those small steps towards facing our fears we may encounter failure and we stop as we fear. But, don't quit right and there, instead start a fresh approach to face your fears and your previous failure experience will teach you how to do that. A good resilience will start to grow towards your fears. Breaks are part of the learning curve and the most successful peoples aren't the most successful people if they had stopped at their every bit of a failure. Keep moving forward with experimenting on your fears and your willingness will give an edge to you.

If you are unable to move forward facing your fear, then seek the support from your family or friends. Importantly choose the people who will give a boost to your growth. When you are facing your fears, surround yourself with those people for any advice and encouragement that can strengthen your mindset to face those fears. They will remind you that you are not alone in this and give you the boost you need to face your fears. Do not hesitate in seeking help, it's your life that's going to improve and you need to do what ever it is required to do it.

If one could think that they can face the fear, then they could as it all depends on our mindset. Keeping our mind in a state that your fear is the least thing to worry about and makes the threat we perceive as simple as that. Practice a peaceful mindset with a little bit of compassion may help you live in the moment and can treat kindly to yourself during some weak moments. Thinking that the fear we feared will fear about us by making our mindset to not vulnerable to such threats will improve our perspective of our fears.

If you are stuck at a certain cross of your fear, think about the success you get after you face your fear and crossed it. This type of thinking is in my opinion day dreaming, but these type of dreaming towards success in facing our fears is rather good than bad. If you dream about crossing your fear, then try to do it in reality too. If you keep on dreaming of crossing your fears, then you would be dreaming only. So, only when you are really stuck at a single point of facing your fear. This will improve your mindset to approach the challenges with a positive outcome.

In the end, fear is not the absence of courage but the thinking thoughts of our brain to make a decision to face our fears. Gradually in doing so, the fear will almost be gone leaving a person who once feared something and they get past it giving scope to a self discovered new person fulfilling their wish.
