In the past year or so I am in a journey to upgrade myself both "mentally" by acquiring more qualifications but also physically meaning to lose that fat belly and add some muscle. Unfortunately, when it comes to cardio I just don't have the time but I have done some great improvements in the weight lifting department.
Having said that, today I'd like to share a channel I found a month ago with some great tips and information for anyone doing weight lifting. Not only does it have some great, science-backed info, the guy is hilarious 😂
