The Chinese broccoli with meat

Ingredients

...300 g of Filet mignon

....Three tablespoons of oil

....Two cloves of garlic , sliced thinly..

.....1/2 Bunch of the broccoli flowers which is chopped

...2 table spoons of shoyu(soy sauce)

...One cup of chopped mushrooms , sliced..

....1/2 cup of tea water

....... 1 1/2 tsp salt

..... 1/2 Tsp flavor enhancer

Preparation :

1..Heat oil in a pan that is large and add garlic until golden brown..

2..Then add the meat and put it away , also add the mushrooms and then followed by the broccoli.

3... Then add the shoyu(soy sauce) and water

4...Season with salt and your flavor..

5....Cook in pan and make sure the pan is semi-covered for up to fifteen minutes or until when the broccoli is ripe, you need to stir occasionally...

6...Remove from fire and serve the dish..
