That cheeseburger mac and cheese looks fantastic (although it sounds like it should be gross) 😍. I was thinking I might try it with Quorn mince as I have half a packet in the freezer (it was very nice recently in fajitas). I need a few things I can make in advance and stick in a lunch box for when I'm out. This could be one of those things.

100 miles sounds good. I've been contemplating buying a folding electric bike, it should pay for itself in about a year (well eighteen months if we have many days like yesterday), though I am also hoping that my car passes its MOT again in a week or two's time.

Source. I've got the 1.7 version and I do absolutely love it. It is so reliable. The garage mechanics always say "Oh, it's the Puma," with an affectionate look in their eye when I take it in, so I hope they can keep it running, they've made spare parts when needed 😁. Only 22 years old, too.

Enjoy your roast dinner 🙂

It'll work brilliantly with Quorn mince I think. To be honest lots of chopped mushrooms, celery and carrot would do if softened properly. You're right it doesn't sound like it should be as good as it is! I might try turkey mince next time to make it even more lean.

You've a proper modern day classic! I love older cars and am contemplating one when my Mondeo finally gives up. It's over 100K miles now (2012 car) but doesn't show any sign of giving up on me any time soon. I've always needed a decent car for work in the past but that isn't the case these days as my 25 - 40,000 miles a year had dropped to under 4. A nice lazy estate car with plenty of room for Lola would be good.
